A two-bedroom, one bath home converted to a 3 bed, two bath home. Also added, scullery, maids quarters and double garage and driveway. In this project, SJCP made use of salvaged building materials, ie second-hand roofing, windows, doors, paving and upcycled timber. The house boasts bespoke concrete and Kiaat wood countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as custom-made shelving using upcycled scaffold timber.
