Simon Joubert
Managing Director & Owner
In addition to Design and Build Construction, Simon Joubert has had many years of experience working at Grid construction and Double B Projects. He is complimented by highly competent site foremen and a team who are dedicated to ensuring projects run smoothly and according to plan.
Alex Conchar
Senior Site Foreman
Alex has been part of the SJC Projects team for 13 years. He enjoys the process of building, starting with a blank slate, seeing a home coming together where once there was just a bare plot of land. He enjoys the challenges that come with the basic processes of building a home from the ground up. Alex enjoys spending time with family, exercising and making knives in his workshop in his spare time.
Clinton Zuidewind
Project Manager
Clinton has been in the construction industry for 24 years, and is a concrete specialist, managing his businesses Veda Concrete and Southwind Construction from 1998, until joining the SJC Projects team in 2021. Clinton is a project manager and a valuable member of the team.
He has a passion for spearfishing and enjoys a variety of sports in his spare time.
Amina
Sha
Bookkeeper
Amina joined the SJC Projects team in 2016 as a bookkeeper. Amina enjoys the challenges of the construction business and the fact that no day is ever the same. She is an integral and valued member of the team. Amina enjoys staying active, going for long walks on the beach, cooking and spending quality time with her sons in her spare time.
Yandise Norolela
Senior Site Foreman
Yandise has been a part of the SJC Projects team for seven and a half years, he has recently been promoted to senior site foreman and has an impeccable work ethic. He is passionate about the construction and civil industry. Yandise enjoys playing football and going to Church in his spare time and enjoys learning something new every day.
Monique Joubert
General Administration
Monique worked part-time for SJC projects until joined the team permanently at the beginning of 2021. Her responsibilities include general administration, and procurement, and acts as PA to Simon. She enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time on the beach with her two sons in her spare time.
